Preparation
Air fry: From Frozen
16-18 mins
Based on 2 fillets.
Set temperature to 180°C. Remove all packaging and place into air fryer basket side by side. Cook for 16-18 mins, turning halfway through cooking time. Tuck in.
Cooking instructions: General
Always cook from frozen. The instructions below are just a guide: do make sure our fish fillets are piping hot throughout before serving. Once cooled do not reheat.
Oven cook: From Frozen
28-30 mins
Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan/gas mark 6. Remove all packaging and place the fish fillets on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 28-30 mins, turning half way through cooking, until crisp and golden. Tuck in.
