Preparation and Usage

COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING

Frying pan: Reheat the escalopes in a hot frying pan with a bit of fat and cook on high heat for 2 min, then cook on medium heat for 6 min, turning half-way through.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 210C. Place the escalopes on a suitable dish. Place it in the oven on middle shelf and reheat for the indicated amount of time.

Traditional oven: 20 min - Fan oven: 15 min.
