Preparation
Just Add
4 Large Eggs
200g Butter/Dairy Free Spread
How to Make
Preheat oven to 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
Soften the butter slightly in the microwave.
Add all ingredients, along with the contents of the pack, into a mixing bowl and beat together until smooth (start slowly so the powder doesn't go everywhere!)
Carefully spoon the mixture into a 20cm x 27cm greaseproof baking tin, without eating too much raw mixture from the bowl.
Bake between 20-25 mins, depending on the level of squidgeyness you require.
Leave to cool before eating.
Treat yourself and add dark chocolate to the mix

Store mix in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once baked, it can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
