Preparation
Always thoroughly wash hands, surfaces and all utensils after contact with raw meat. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Cooking instructions: General
Raw meat products must be handled and cooked with care. Please follow these instructions.
Defrost instructions: Remove required number of chicken fillets from bag, place in a container and defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24-hours. Ensure that the fillets are completely defrosted before cooking. Important: once thawed, do not refreeze.
All cooking appliances vary-timings are guidelines only.
Defrost thoroughly and remove all packaging before cooking.
To test your fillets are cooked: Juices run clear when the thickest part of the breast is pierced. Check food is cooked thoroughly, piping hot and juices run clear before serving.
Grill: From Defrost
Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Place required number of fillets on a wire grill pan. Cook in the centre of the grill for 15-20 minutes turning frequently.
Oven cook: From Defrost
Pre-heat oven to 190°C (conventional) 170°C (fan assisted), 375°F, Gas mark 5. Place fillets on an oven proof dish. Brush with oil and season as required. Cover lightly with foil to prevent drying. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes.
